PLAN Jeffco led the successful opposition to a proposal to build a group home on land purchased with Open Space funds.

PLAN Jeffco led the citizen negotiations for the Lafarge Land Trade, which resulted in all of North Table Mountain being designated as protected open space lands. PLAN Jeffco had successfully lobbied against a previous land trade proposal.
