Another Spring Break by David Montgomery

A native Coloradan and avid artist since childhood, David Montgomery spent his formative years beneath the looming presence of Pike’s Peak, the Rocky Mountains of Colorado and later the remote environs of the San Luis Valley of southern Colorado.

He strives to commemorate the amazing vistas that Colorado provides, and he is dedicated to environmental activism to preserve Colorado’s open and wild spaces. David has been living and painting in the San Luis Valley of Southern Colorado for over thirty-five years, and his work has been shaped by the monumental vistas and pristine environs of the rural area at the headwaters of the Rio Grande along the Continental Divide.
